Structure Introduction:
Pit furnace is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating element, furnace cover and lifting and other parts.
The furnace lining is a full fiber structure, that is, the side wall is a fiber compact structure. The pressure-resistant part of the furnace bottom is made of high-alumina heavy bricks, light bricks, and thermal insulation bricks.
Heating element:
all parts of the furnace body (side wall) use resistance tape (material is 0Cr21Al6Nb), and the hanging structure of the heating element adopts the current unique advanced technology. The original hanging method of the fiber structure furnace lining heating element is the method of using the positioning metal piece to extend from the steel structure of the furnace shell into the furnace with a metal element rod and a porcelain sleeve, so that under the high temperature in the furnace, the metal positioning piece has a large impact. A part of the heat is transferred to the steel structure of the furnace shell, resulting in serious thermal short circuit and large heat loss. At present, the method adopted by our company is to directly build the fiber blanket into an integral fiber furnace wall (the fiber compression amount is 35~40%), and use a special ceramic screw, that is, a ceramic self-tapping screw and a ceramic gasket, which can quickly and conveniently The belt is fixed on the furnace wall. This method has no heat loss, convenient construction, best use effect, and convenient maintenance. This method is currently widely used at home and abroad.
Standard refractory fiber lining materials have small bulk density, refractoriness ≥ 1200 °C, no expansion due to thermal shrinkage, and low thermal conductivity (fiber 0.13Kcal/mh °C, while 0.6 light brick is 0.3Kcal/mh °C), less heat storage ( The superior performance of the full fiber furnace wall is 17261KJ/m², while the refractory brick furnace wall is 453633KJ/m²). Compared with the brick furnace wall of the same size, the all-fiber furnace lining structure has a faster heating rate, the installation power can be reduced by more than 20%, and the energy saving effect is 20-30%.
The furnace chamber is equipped with stainless steel (321, 8mm thick) welded furnace tank; the upper part of the furnace tank is welded with stainless steel plate to form a furnace cover insulation box; In order to ensure the sealing between the furnace cover and the furnace tank, there is a sealing ring on the furnace cover. In order to ensure the service life of the sealing ring, there are water cooling devices above and below the sealing ring.
There is a φ20 rubber strip at the junction of the furnace tank cylinder and the furnace cover flange. In order to ensure that the rubber strip is not damaged when heated, a water cooling device is provided on the furnace tank and the furnace cover. The furnace cover is provided with an air outlet pipe, and the lower part of the water cooling device at the upper mouth of the furnace tank is provided with an air intake hole.
The lifting and lowering of the furnace cover is completed by a mechanical lifting mechanism. The translation is stable, and the opening and closing alignment is accurate. The furnace cover can be lifted and lowered by pressing the corresponding button on the control cabinet, and it can be lifted and lowered freely.

The electrical control system of the pit furnace consists of a power supply system, a temperature control system, and an action control system.
2. Power supply system
The power supply of the equipment is controlled by a high-power circuit breaker, which has short-circuit and over-voltage protection functions to ensure the safe operation of the power supply line.
3. Temperature control system
The furnace is 2-section automatic temperature control, the temperature control adopts PID regulator, the main control instrument adopts Shanghai Guolong temperature control meter (TCW-32B), and is matched according to the requirements of heating zones. The temperature recorder is required to automatically record the temperature curve, and a paperless recorder is used.
4. Action control
The equipment has complete equipment transmission control, interlocking and system protection functions, and can be used as a backup support for the temperature control system. With the interlock function, when the furnace cover is closed and in a normal state of pressing, the heating main circuit can only be powered, and the temperature control system can run in a closed loop.
